Registration opens January 30, 2024 Registration and payment can be completed online at: https://register.communitypass.net/mercer. Camps are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and fill quickly. Only complete applications will be processed. Children must have reached the minimum age of their camp by Oct. 1, 2024.
Complete application includes: • Registration form • Copy of participant’s immunization record • Medical Record Form • Liability Release Form • Full payment Tuition includes a camp t-shirt. T-shirt availability not guaranteed after May 15
Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellation requests must be in writing to natureprograms@mercercounty.org. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 15.
Fees are not refunded for a missed program.
Late Pick-up Fees
Late pick up fee is $10 per child per 15-minute segment past 3:00 p.m. ($10 for pickup between 3:00 and 3:15pm, $20 for pickup between 3:15 and 3:30, etc.) Payment is due at pick-up
