The RISE Center (454 N. Clinton Ave) has officially opened and is offering a FREE after-school program for children ages 13-18 from 2-8 p.m. The program, which is also offered at the Sam Naples Center and the West Ward Center, will provide homework help/tutoring, educational activities, physical education, free meals for kids, field trips, and more. Those interested can pick up a registration form at any of the three recreation centers, City Hall, or the Cadwalader Park Cottage.
