The Global Youth Transformation Initiative (GYTI) believes that liberation through exposure and travel is the gateway to transformative communities and economical change for its participants.
GYTI serves middle school age at-risk and vulnerable youth from an array of backgrounds in New Jersey. These adolescents are taken outside of their comfort zone and environment as they immerse themselves in the visiting country. They are socially and culturally aware as they embark on the world.
Our mission is to promote and foster a global awareness that empowers adolescents to become change agents within their communities.
