Therapy

Online, virtual counseling session encourages an active approach to healing while gaining a better understanding of underlining feelings associated with addictions. Additionally, at-risk clients are equipped with preventative tools and skillsets that promote sobriety and deter substance usage. Through, DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and creative arts modalities, clients are able to achieve the stability and happiness needed to lead the productive lifestyles that they deserve.

 

Peer Support Groups

Online, this virtual support group offers peer reinforcement and encourages the development of an improved sense of self-empowerment while examining, exploring, and processing their thoughts related to wellness or current or preventative recovery concerns. These groups are peer ran but guided by Clinical and Professional Staff and typically meets weekly or as needed by group participant.

 

Substance Use Assessments incl DUI and Immigration Evaluations(Visa, Asylum)
