We are excited to announce the upcoming Earth Day Gathering, happening on April 18th at the Trenton City Museum at Ellarslie. This event is being sponsored by The Bloom Collective, the Trenton Rebuilding Initiative for a Better Environment (T.R.I.B.E.), the Trenton City Museum at Ellarslie, and Freestyle Media.
The day will kick off with a mindfulness session at 10 am inside the museum, where participants can take a moment to reflect on the importance of our planet and their own relationship with it. Following the mindfulness session, we will be embarking on a community nature walk at 11 am. This will be an excellent opportunity to connect with nature, learn about the local ecosystem, and celebrate Earth Day in a meaningful way.
We believe that both parts of this event, the mindfulness and community nature walk, are essential to build and maintain a strong connection with our planet and to foster a sense of stewardship towards it. It is also an excellent opportunity to connect with like-minded people and build a stronger community.
Everyone is welcome to attend this event. We will be providing water and healthy snacks during the walk to keep everyone energized and hydrated.
Please bring a yoga mat and pillow or meditation stool. A limited number of props will be available at the event.
Join us as we celebrate our planet and take action towards building a more sustainable and greener future. See you there!
