The Conservatory Mansion

Our 8,000 square foot, four-level, indoor/outdoor multi-purpose facility is used for all kinds of events: repasts, baby showers, gender reveal parties, bridal showers, pop-up marketplaces, poetry and spoken word events, seminars, meetings, fundraisers, child and adult birthday celebrations, and much more.

In addition to offering event rental space, the Conservatory Mansion also serves as headquarters to a number of cultural and community arts organizations and businesses: PROJECTS UNLIMITED, LLC, THOMAS GRICE ACADEMY OF MUSIC, BEYOND EXPECTATIONS (Teen Filmmaking and Leadership Program), GOOD COMPANY (Classic Soul/R&B Cover Band) and FS MEDIA (Sound and Audio-recording).  Our in-house non-profit entity, CONSERVATORY OF MUSIC AND PERFORMING ARTS SOCIETY (COMPAS), plays significant roles in several collaborative city-wide community-based, mission-focused projects that will help to revitalize NJ's Capital City, namely, Arts for Any Given Child TRENTON and the Garden State Agrihood Project (GSAP).
