As a certified health and wellness coach and instructor with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and Mental Health First Aid, her passion is inspiring people to be their greatest selves.
Along with her coaching and training gifts, she is the author of the published book The Window of Grace: Living in Recovery through Christian Faith.
